At the extracurricular activity Italia tra arte e cucina, students discussed ways to store excess food. There were a lot of ideas, but they decided to make marmalade. They showed how fruit that could not be eaten can be used, so they made delicious marmalade from the remaining mandarins they received for brunch. They followed the teacher's instructions, peeled the mandarins, and went into action! The result was jars full of delicious apricot marmalade.
