Third graders participated in a cake-making workshop at the Domenico Pergolis Home for the Elderly. The users of the Home showed the students how to make the traditional Istrian Cukerančići cakes. Pupils participated in the preparation of cakes, asked questions and made cakes with smiles on their faces. Our pupils returned after a couple of days for the tasting and spent a pleasant time socializing with the users of the home. The cookies were very tasty!
