The pupils were given the task of researching the tradition of Rovinj forged fences and studying these historical symbols, and then creating a work of art. In this role, they were active and guided their learning process. The teachers were of course there to guide them when needed. The works they created were made of aluminum foil on a dark black plastic base. These fences, which are more than just protectors of homes, carry stories of past times and bear witness to the cultural heritage of the city. The students' works were exhibited on the terrace of the Italian Community "Circolo", where visitors could enjoy this combination of art and history for seven days.
